Dear God,
I get to talk to YOU!! How crazy is that! You are my #1 follower. Fabulous.
In case you haven't noticed, I haven't done that recently. Boo hiss. But I've apologized, so we can work it out. (we can work it o-out...) Because... LIFE IS VERY SHORT, AND THERE'S NO TIIIIIIIIIIIME FOR FUSSING AND FIGHTING MY FRIENDS.....
Whoot Beatles!
Lord, thank you for forever loving me. Thank you for the fact that you can't love me more or less depending on what I do. Thank you Jesus for showing me what I need to live like. I pray that you would help me get closer to how you lived. I love you so much, thanks for everything.
Love,
Romans 2:12-16
All who sin apart from the law will also perish apart from the law, and all who sin under the law will be judged by the law. So. However it is, you are judged by what you know. If you have heard the law, you are definitely going to be judged by the law. For it is not those who hear the law who are righteous in God's sight, but it is those who obey the law who will be declared righteous. It is not enough to hear the law. You also have to do what it says in order to be declared righteous. (Indeed, when Gentiles, who do not have the law, do by nature things required by the law, they are a law for themselves, even though they do not have the law, since they show that the requirements of the law are written on their hearts, their consciences also bearing witness, and their thoughts now accusing, now even defending them.) This shows that even though some of those people in darkest Africa don't have the law, some of them do the law, showing that "the requirements of the law are written on their hearts," and so it is with all people. This will take place on the day when God will judge men's secrets through Jesus Christ, as my gospel declares. God judges men's secrets. Sometimes we forget he is watching us... (dun dun duuuuun), but thankfully, we have Jesus Christ to stand in front of us, so all God sees is Jesus. That is humbling. There is no way I could live up to how Jesus lived. I will try my best. And when that fails, I will try God's best. But that is a motivation, thinking of Jesus standing in front of me on judgment day, not to do sin, but to live like Jesus did.
